How it works
At a quiet time that works best for you, ideally in the evening, write down what you were grateful for that day. Try and start with the most important thing to you first.
Next, write down your favourite moment of the day. The moment or moments that stand out to you.
After you have filled in seven entries make a list in the notes section of the "gratitudes" and favourite moments that stand out to you.
Take a moment to appreciate and be grateful for all the moments you have journaled and make notes on how you might appreciate and be more grateful in moments like this moving forward.
What would make you be more "in the moment"? Could you put your phone away? Could you spend more time doing the thing that makes you happy?

7 DAY GRATITUDE JOURNAL |
As you do each meditation, take a moment to write down how you felt doing them, how you felt after, anything you like to describe what you got out of that particular meditation. Maybe even give it a score out of 10. Then after you've experienced a good amount, have a look back and make a mental note of the ones that meant the most to you, that you really got a lot out of and slot quite neatly into your day.
These short meditations are such a great way to explore something that does actually sound quite daunting to most of us. But these can be completed quickly and easily, and are something that we can all try right now. Even when we think we don't have time, we all have 3 minutes somewhere in the day. Its all about the small moments, making a difference, upgrading your day in any way you can.
