This is a list full of songs that my followers and friends on socials have suggested, as they put a smile on their face and give their day a lift! An upgrade! Listening to uplifting music releases dopamine in our brains which can help towards mental wellbeing. Have a listen and add your own favourite mood boosting song to the list.
