Mindful Happy Workshop

Creating a more mindful happy you!
The Mindful Happy Workshop is divided into five elements. Each element teaches and discusses the skills to living a happier and more fulfilling life and how best to introduce techniques into your life that lead to greater happiness and joy. To help you respond rather than react in situations brought on by stress, emotions or triggers. To turn off auto pilot and be more present day to day.

I've taken scientifically proven elements of mindfulness, happiness and nature study and created an approach to life that can ease stress and anxiety, make you more mindful and happy and have fun along the way. Less worry about the past and anxious feelings about the future will bring more happiness to your life right now.

What will you learn?

My workshop will teach you the practical techniques and skills you need to be kinder to yourself and gradually rewire your brain to be happier and more mindful.

​All inspired by world-leading experts in teaching wellbeing, mindfulness, neuroscience and positive psychology.  

In turn I will help you develop your own unique happiness learning exercises for everyday life. ​

FAQs

Who created this workshop?
Mindful Happy has been created by Ramble Happy founder, Martin Cabble-Reid. Martin is a trained and certified Mindfulness & Compassion teacher, happiness facilitator and mindful nature guide.  
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop has been created for a beginner's mind and is approached in layman terms. However, if you already have a mindfulness practice or some experience you will also find it hugely enjoyable and insightful.
What is the price?
This full workshop price is a one off fee of £45
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Can I do this workshop in-person or online?
Yes, we are currently offering both in-person and online. In-person will be based at a venue in Windsor, Berkshire and online will be via Zoom. 
How long is the workshop?
This workshop runs for 2 hours with a short break in the middle. 
Do you have a refund policy?
You will get a full refund up to 14 days before the course starts if you cancel. 
What do I receive?
You will be sent a link to download a Mindful Happy workbook that you can download and print.  
What level of involvement is expected of me?
It's up to you. We encourage questions and inquiry. You don't have to speak if you don't wish too.
