Our freebie today, in my opinion, is one of the simplest yet more effective and easily accessed mindfulness techniques I've learnt or teach. It can be done anywhere, in pretty much most situations, where you feel anxious or overwhelmed. Or its good to do as a daily routine to make sure you are grounded, centred, aware, connected to your body and present in the reality of the moment.

It's honestly like magic.
